Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie
Great quick dessert. My husband thought this was the best dessert I have ever made. It was quick and easy and Delicious! I added a little more sugar because he likes things sweet. I also had a can of Dulce de Leche around and thought if I added this it would make it a little more Mexican. I couldn't decide if I should add it on top of the cream cheese mixture or on the top of the cake after baking. I decided on top of the cream cheese and bake it in. I only used half a can so it was a thin layer. I couldn't taste it but my husband did and said it was great! I think next time I may add the whole can if I have it in the house. Otherwise I will just use the cream cheese. Thanks for a great recipe!

Just made this and my hubby said it was the BEST shrimp dish I have ever made! I actually followed the recipe for the most part and it was perfect. Not too garlicky, not too lemony just right. I served it over rice. I did put in extra lemon juice and an extra 1/2 stick of butter because I wanted to make sure there was enough sauce to go over the rice and there was. You do have to like artichoke hearts though. The Romano cheese thicken it up a little bit and added a nice texture. I would definitely make this for company.

Rosemary Roasted Turkey
GREAT RECIPE!!! Turkey is usually always dry. But not this one. It was moist and tasty. The flavors made the kitchen smell wonderful and the taste was exquisite. My sister-in-law who took the turkey breast out of the oven immediately said it was overcooked and would be dry. She was WRONG!. Once she tasted it she loved it and wanted the recipe. I am trying the rub on chicken today. You will not be dissapointed if you use this rub.
