Caesar Salad Supreme
Absolutely delicious!!! Your guests will go back for seconds! I reduced the garlic, only because garlic in our grocery stores tend to be extremely strong, and it was still strong. But, as long as everyone is indulging, who cares!!!! Give it a won't be disappointed!

Banana Banana Bread
I have been using this recipe for the past 3 years, and it is by far the BEST banana bread recipe there ever was!!! I would never consider using any other recipe. The moistness, and wonderful banana flavor is out of this world. To smell it cooking gets the salivary glands have to cut into it before it cools. If you don't have enough banana, add some applesauce, or puree up some pineapple. Really, any soft fruit puree could be used in a reasonable amount. Mini chocolate chips, or regular sized ones taste great too. Add nuts; walnuts or pecans. You will not be disappointed with this recipe!!

Chocolate Trifle
I make this for a community dinner the Grange puts on once a year. This is perfect when asked to bring a desert for 20 people. I assemble individual ones in clear solid plastic cups (7-8oz), and they look wonderful. Kids love this desert. Whipped topping, pudding, and brownies....yum.
