SO wonderful, thanks so much! Beautiful flavor, and the lattice I put on my pie stayed perfectly through baking, and looked so pretty with a little egg wash and sugar sprinkled on top. I overworked it and accidentally added a little more water than called for, so it was a ittle tough in some spots - be careful only to use a little water, and I wouldn't worry about making it into a ball - just get the water in it and stick it in the fridge however it ends up, just to prevent doing too much with it. I will certainly make this again!
