Pierogies
I never made pierogies before but this recipe turned out to be great and very easy to make. I added cream cheese and garlic to my mashed potatoes and I think it made for a really good flavor. I could also imagine to add shredded cheese and/or cubed ham or bacon. This will not be the first and last time I made this recipe.

Microwave Baked Potato
I love that this is a real time saver. Sometimes I add bacon or ham. I also tried different cheeses. This recipe is a great base to prepare a delicious meal in no time.

Smoked Salmon Vodka Cream Sauce
This is a great recipe - I really enjoyed it. The first time I made this dish I added a little too much pepper so I decided to add only the cayenne pepper next time and there you go: really delicious, something different - in a good way - so this is going to make it in my own little cookbook :) Thanks for sharing this recipe...
