Crispy Orange Beef

This is the best Asian type dish I have made at home yet. Normally I am left wishing mine had tasted more like a restaurant I would normally get that particular dish at. Not this one, my entire family loved this dish! I made a couple minor changes just due to diet restrictions (spelt flour-1/2 cup instead of corn starch, honey instead of sugar, and balsamic due to soy sauce) so it may have been even better had I not made the revisions. Thank you for sharing, will be making again and again!

Honey Crunch Pecan Pie

I have never been a lover of pecan pie until now... I did not want to use corn syrup so I used another recipe on this site for the filling. I used the other recipe for the filling and the glazed pecans from this recipe for the top. Oh my! AMAZING! I think pecan pie is my new favorite! Thanks for sharing the original idea of glazing the pecans.

Butter Flaky Pie Crust

I've been trying to keep the holiday baking slightly healthier. As we try to eat healthy during the year, the holidays can leave us with a tummy ache. I wanted a recipe with no shortening and with whole wheat flour. I simply used the recipe below but added an extra 3 tablespoons of icewater to make up for the whole wheat pastry flour I used! Excellent flavor and texture. WW tends to get chewy in crusts I have tried in the past but this one was amazing. Thank you for sharing! It went great with my pecan and pumpkin pies sweetened with honey instead of sugar or corn syrup!

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

I've made this over and over...it is simply amazing! I serve it with a white chocolate sauce. I ALWAYS get asked for the recipe. Even people who say they don't usually enjoy cheesecake ask for this recipe.

100 Percent Whole Wheat Bread

Let me preface this by saying I am just starting to bake bread. It is very difficult to find a recipe with 100% whole wheat. The only modification I made to this recipe was to add an additional 4 Tbls water as I could not get my dough to form without. I just pulled it out of the oven and my husband and I both enjoyed a slice. Great flavor and not too dense. Next time I am going to try using just vitamin C and omit at least some of the wheat gluten. Thanks for sharing a great recipe for healthy bread!
