The best......I really mean....THE BEST turkey I've ever made! I didn't brine it. I added 1 can of low-sodium chicken broth in the pan along with the wine. Did everything else the same. Then I let the turkey cool, cut it up in slices, strained the veg.from the pan and put the juice back in the pan. I then put the sliced turkey in the juice, and put it in the refrigerator. All I had to do the next day was put the pan in the oven and warm through. After warmed through, I made gravy with the juice. FANTASTIC gravy too!
