Sausage Pasta

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2012
As others suggested, I used fresh spinach instead of frozen. Other than that I stuck with the recipe and it was great! This recipe's a keeper :)

Beef and Irish Stout Stew

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2005
I thought this recipe sounded interesting, and based on the past reviews decided to give it a try. After following the directions to a T, out of the 4 of us who ate this, no one liked it.

Pumpkin, Sweet Potato, and Leek Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2005
I also used canned pumpkin to make things easier, and it turned out just fine. My husband ate it, but didn't seem to like it too much. But, that's ok because he doesn't feel a meal is a meal if there's not meat involved. I for one really like it!

Justin's Hoosier Daddy Chili

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2005
I made this last night and even my 4 & 7 year old kids, who normally don't like chili, gobbled it up. My husband went back for 2nds. I followed the recipe exactly, except for leaving out the cayenne all together, since my kids are sensitive to spicy foods. The red pepper flakes gave it just enough, kick on it's own, without being overwhelming.

I really enjoyed this soup-yummy! I also used pumpkin pie spice and added a tsp of crushed red pepper, to give it some kick. Yummy!

Green Chili Stew

Love this recipe! The only thing I added to it was a dash of Taco Bell Mild Taco Sauce. I also put this together in the crock pot after browning the meat with onions, and it made for a great dinner.

The Best Chicken Salad Ever

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2005
This is going to be a great recipe to use this Summer, now that the weather's getting warmer. I used dill relish in place of the celery. I also think next time, I'll use a few dashes of onion powder instead of chopping up the onion. Also, instead of using a food processor, I stirred it all up in a bowl and that worked just fine.

Green Chile Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2001
This recipe was so easy to make and the results were wonderful! Amazing how so few ingredients could make such a wonderful flavorful soup! I'm VERY busy & time's always important, so I whipped this up early in the morning, then reheated it at dinner time. My family loved it!
