About this Cook
Well I live with six other people, including my four siblings and my two parents. I am the middle child, but the oldest girl. I absolutely adore cooking in any shape or form, and love it when people love my cooking! :P Don't we all? I recently found out that I have Celiac Disease, meaning I can't tolerate Gluten - which is found in wheat, barley, or rye. But instead of letting it bum me out, I have had a great adventure so far in trying new recipes that are gluten-free.
My favorite things to cook
I am usually more prone to making desserts rather than meals. Such as Cakes, pies, and other things in that area, though I have recently become interested in making candies. But of course, I love to try out new recipes of any sort!
My favorite family cooking traditions
The family cooking tradition is to take any recipe you find and pretty much make it your own. My mom can take a simple recipe and make into this CRAZY awesome meal
My cooking triumphs
Pies. I can make almost any pie work out, even though it seems like it might be a flunk. I have had so many near-dissaster situations with them, but I always manage to pull through!
My cooking tragedies
Cookies and Cakes. These seem to be my downfall. I can make them work sometimes, but more often than not, they turn out horrible >.<

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
Definitely a good recipe. The cookies turned out very flavorful! I've tried it twice, and this time I added 1 teaspoon baking soda. I was able to get 12 large cookies out of this recipe, and I didn't double anything. Anywayz, thanks for sharing!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
This recipe is just what a beginner like me needed! It's relatively fast and easy, and tastes great! I've made it twice now, and my family loved them so much they rarely last the day!
