I left out the egg... It was a lot sticker than i thought it was going to be but I managed and it is pretty tasty

absolutely delicious! i used chilli powder instead of cayenne and in the egg I whisked some hot sauce my husband picked up at the hot and spicy food festival. YUM!

Ground Beef Quiche

It worked out well and the quiche ended up HUGE! I needed 1.5 pie crust dough to fill the tray and the quiche had no problem filling that aswell. It tasted nice but I personally think it could use more seasoning. I added some extra seasoning salt and ground pepper, and a few pinches of hot chilli powder but it needed more. Quiche is hard because it can taste so wonderful but its very easy to have it end up bland even when you think you've seasoning it enough
