About this Cook
I'm a 26 year old mother of 2 girls. I stay at home with them at the moment, one is 3 and one is 10 months old. I don't have a lot of time to cook because of this but I've always loved cooking but never thought I had a knack for it. Turns out I do. I love to take pictures, play outside, go to the cottage, and my current project i'm gearing up for is baking the wee ones birthday cake for her party!
My favorite things to cook
I love to bake primarily. I've always been good at baking but i've crossed over in to general cooking with some success. Cakes, cookies, bundts, sauces, caramels, chicken. I love my slow cooker actually, makes things easy.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My family hates cooking and therefore sticks to the same 7 recipes.
My cooking triumphs
Pecan crusted chicken breast on apple-pecan stuffing.
My cooking tragedies
lol there have been a few. trust me.
