5 Minute Microwave Cornbread

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2012
This recipe made me very, very happy!! :c) True, it isn't quite as good as oven baked corn bread but it baked up beautifully and was delicious with my pinto beans. I'm really glad I found this recipe because my husband isn't a big fan of corn bread so I don't want to heat up the oven very often to make it just for me. But with this recipe I can make it anytime. Oh, btw, I didn't add sugar because here in the South that would make it cake. Ha! Thanks so much for posting this recipe!

Asian Lettuce Wraps

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2012
I LOVED this recipe! I followed the advice of another reviewer and used soy crumbles instead of beef and it was delicious! I followed the directions as they are written, just didn't use quite so much garlic. I also made the accompanying dressing (2 T soy sauce, 2 T rice vinegar, 2 tsp sesame oil, 1.5 tsps sugar, 1 tsp chili paste, and about a teaspoon of minced onion) and that really made the meal 5 stars. This recipe is going into my favorites folder! Thanks!

Baked Pork Spring Rolls

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2011
These are A-mazing! The only substitution I made was that I used ground turkey instead of pork to cut down on the fat and calories. These spring rolls were crispy and delicious and got a 5 star rating from my family. I will DEFINITELY be making these again. And again! Thanks for posting this!

Restaurant-Quality Baked Potato Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2011
I liked the consistency of this soup very much but it was way to much onion for us. If I ever make this again I'll only use about half as much onion.

Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2011
Love, love, love! I've been paying $4 for 2 little spring rolls at my favorite Vietnamese restaurant, now I can make them myself for a fraction of the cost and they are DELICIOUS! Thank you for submitting this wonderful recipe...now if I can just learn to wrap my rolls a bit more tightly! :c)

Greek Penne and Chicken

Reviewed: May 9, 2011
I would have rated this five stars except I think 16 ounces is way too much pasta for this recipe. I will definitely make this again with about half as much pasta. The flavor is really good and my family did enjoy it. Also, this is WAY more than four servings as is!

Easy Pizza Sauce III

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2011
Love this easy pizza sauce! I've been spending nearly $3 for a canned pizza sauce that my family really likes but not any more! This is delicious! I did add 1/2 teaspoon of basil, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder as another reviewer suggested, fantastic! Thank you so much Brent!

Fabulous French Loaves

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2011
Yay! I made this bread to go with a pasta dish for dinner and it was very easy to put together. I did have to add a bit more flour in order to handle the dough. Perhaps because I used all purpose flour instead of bread flour. Whatever, the bread turned out beautifully, was delicious dipped in homemade Italian dressing and received rave reviews from my husband. Made my meal even more special. :c) Thanks Liz, I won't be spending any more money at the grocery store bakery for French bread!

Mediterranean Linguine with Basil and Tomatoes

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2011
This is incredible! I followed the recipe exactly it came out perfectly delicious. My husband gave this meal 5 stars. :c) I like to muse about how much any given meal I've made would cost in a restaurant. I figured $8.95 but my husband disagreed, he said it would be at least $12.95. lol Thanks for the wonderful recipe, I'll be making this often! Next time I think I'm going to add some clams when I add the linguine. Soon...

Refried Beans Without the Refry

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2011
These are so good! I haven't bought a can of refried beans in months. I've made these several times with great results, this recipe makes a lot (which is a very good thing) so you'll have plenty to freeze for later. My husband loves to spread the beans on a tostado along with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and salsa. A yummy cheap meal (which is also a good thing!) My thanks to Chef Claude for this 5 star recipe!

It's Chili by George!!

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2010
This is a wonderful chili recipe, it has a a great flavor and is quite simple to put together. I've made it several times for large groups and everyone raved about how delicious it was. Sometimes I make it with all beef and other times 1/2 ground turkey and 1/2 ground beef. Equally delicious! Thanks for a superb recipe George!

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2010
I really liked this recipe. I used Baby Ray's sauce and Wish Bone dressing. The sauce was a bit thinner than I wanted so I took it and the chicken and cooked it in an open skillet until it was as thick as I wanted. (it only took about 20 minutes.) Delicious, reminded me of the barbecue my mother made!

Pollo Mediterranean

Reviewed: May 18, 2010
My husband and I loved this! I halved the recipe since it is just the two of us, other than that, I followed the directions exactly. I served it over the bowtie pasta and it was delicious. It cooked in a matter of minutes which is great for a busy weeknight meal. I will definitely be using this recipe again...and again! Thanks so much for submitting it!
