Yummy Quiche

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2014
My family of 4 picky girls loved this! It'll be in our menu rotation on a frequent basis from now on. Goes great with a side of cheesy hash browns, and a hot pot of coffee :)!

Mozechilli Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2011
After reading lots of reviews I took the advice of others and added different spices so it wouldn't be so bland. I added onions and garlic in with the hamburger and sprinkled chili powder over it as well. It ended up being a meal my husband and young girls liked. It is a great replacement for spaghetti if you are looking to change up "pasta" night in your menu. But my standards are pretty high so without the spices I added this wasn't a "five star" meal in my opinion. The other issue I had with this recipe is that it says "4 servings." I should have looked at the dish it said to bake it in. Anything baked in a 3qt dish is not 4 servings! More like 8 servings. But on the up side, we like leftovers so there you go!

Cora Bars (Blueberry-Cashew)

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2011
Very easy to make and very good! I used a combination of organic peanut butter and almond butter since I didn't have Tahini and they were delicious! I'll definitely make these again! My 4 year old had fun helping too.

Healthy Chocolate Syrup

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2011
This tastes just like Hershey Chocolate Syrup, maybe better. It is easy and quick to make, and so worth it! My girls prefer this to the store bought stuff and I prefer it because there are no mystery ingredients!

Tortillas I

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2010
I've never made tortillas before and thought I'd give this a try :)! I certainly need practice, but they came out good and I had a lot of fun! I definitely agree that a tortilla press would come in handy simply because I had a hard time getting them thin enough without over working them. Also, for those who are used to store bought tortillas, these are much smaller. They are bout 6 inches across. The taste MUCH better though!
