I made this last night and it was delicious - a big hit with the family. My chops were just too big and everyone was stuffed - I should've bought the thin chops but they are really good. As for those claiming that it was a little mushy, you MUST uncover the chops for 10 to 15 minutes so that it can brown on top which will eliminate the mush. Also, DO NOT USE SALTINE CRACKERS - the recipe calls for a buttery cracker like club house, etc - Saltine's are salty not buttery. Another thing I would caution is if baking in a glass or steel(aluminum) pan, use foil cause mine stuck to the bottom though I didn't spray it I only put a couple globs of butter on the bottom but it still shouldn't have stuck so use foil on the bottom of your pan and enjoy.
