Oven Roasted Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2013
I really like this recipe for red potatoes. I used the onion soup mix and olive oil and added salt, pepper, dried parsley, and garlic powder. The preparation for this recipe was easy and the potatoes came out delicious. I will make this again!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2013
I give this recipe 5 stars. The only changes I made were to add brown sugar and I usually eyeball it around 1/2 cup and use boneless skinless chicken breasts instead of thighs. I like this recipe better than store bought teriyaki sauce and it is very simple and quick to make.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew IV

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2013
Great recipe. I used 1.5 pounds of stew meat and 2.5 cups of water with the onion soup mix. I added minced garlic when I cooked the onion as well. I also added celery. I cooked for a total of 7 hours and everyone loved it! Next time I may make some rice to go with it.

Bacon Wrapped Barbeque Shrimp

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2011
Recipe was good. I used barbeque sauce instead of seasoning. I should have pre cooked the bacon before wrapping them on the shrimp since the cooking times were very different and I did not use thick cut bacon. Came out pretty good.

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2011
I made this for the first time last Thanksgiving and it turned out to be the best turkey I have ever had. I left out the savory and did everything else the same. YUMMO!!! I am going to make this again this year!!

Buckeyes I

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2010
Delish! I used milk chocolate chips instead of semisweet. Also I used a microwave to melt the chocolate instead of the stove and I tried to make the peanut butter balls smaller so they are easier to eat. Very yummy!

Twice-Baked Ranch Potatoes

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2010
I've made this recipe several times and my boyfriend and his son love it! I added an extra ounce of cream cheese and left out the extra mashed potatoes since I felt there was plenty from the baking potatoes. I also threw them in the oven instead of making the whole dish in the microwave and I think it helps it. They are delicious!!

Left recipe as is and it was delicious. Better than a restaurant! I wanted one without mayo and this one is perfect!

Chocolate Strawberries

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2010
I made this recipe a dozen times and each time they were a big hit! I wash and dry my strawberries. Use milk chocolate chips instead of bittersweet and skip the shortening. Microwave 30 seconds at a time until melted and mix together. I also use almond slivers that I crush and dip the chocolate covered strawberries in before refridgerating. Make sure to use wax paper lined sheet to put the strawberries on so they will just peel off and not stick to the plate. I have also used white chocolate chips and added sprinkles and caramel syrup.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Reviewed: May 13, 2010
Just made these for Mother's Day and they were a HUGE hit! Everybody loved them! They are really cheap to make and I even skipped out on the shortening and they turned out fabulous! I melted the chocolate chips in the microwave for approx. 1 minute, stirred the chips and dipped the strawberries. I added almonds, chocolate sprinkles and caramel on them afterwards. I definitely recommend this recipe. White chocolate strawberries are amazing too!
