First time bread maker here and knocked this out last night. The family loves it, my DD and I both made lunch sandwiches with it and its the perfect texture. Holds together well. The whole process took longer than I expected being a rookie and being the "Grill Master" not the "Baker" in the house but so very worth it. I appreciate the review from @MommyFromSeattle as I used our new KitchenAid and it worked great (pretty sure the only reason I made bread was to use the new toy but i'm hooked now).
