Grilled Lemon Chicken
I loved this! I can't believe people said it wasn't tangy enough! My gosh, it was surely lemony! I marinated mine for about 6 hours. I also scored the chicken on both sides prior to marinating. Very refreshing with the red peppers too! Thanks for sharing.

Asparagus with Parmesan Crust
I really liked this a bunch!! I had some lemon already wedged so I used the lemon at the end instead of the balsamic. Delicious! I also added the parmesan cheese halfway through cooking as to not burn it. Thank you for posting!

Corned Beef and Cabbage II
I really liked this a bunch. I had a 6.5lb corned beef and I think I should have cooked it a little longer than 4 hours but, that was my error. The recipe was very good. The best part was adding the butter and the parsley at the end. I did add a little salt at the end as well. Thank you for sharing!!!
