This was a quick & easy dessert that I made for my husband and daughter {as they both love pineapple}. They liked it okay, but didn't rave about it, so I have to give 4 stars on this one. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Smoky Bacon Wraps

The taste was delicious, ony I have to rate this 4 stars instead of 5 - because the cook time was off. I had to cook an additional 20 minutes on 425 to get the bacon done enough. Other than that though, tasty and easy. Thanks for the recipe.

Peanut Butter Cookies VI

Delicious cookie recipe, these are soft and I followed with just the 1/2 c. peanut butter - and they came out tasting very "peanut-buttery" to me. The only adjustments I made were: I added 1/4 c. more flour in the recipe & cooked for 13 minutes on 350 (8-10 just wasn't long enough in my oven). GREAT cookies overall. *Also* - this recipe did not "Yield=36" as stated, it only made 26 total for me, & they weren't that big. Next time I will double the recipe.

Slow Cooker Taco Soup

How Fanstastic!! I absolutely loved this recipe, so did hubby, daughter and my "picky-eater" son. I did make a few alterations however: I omitted the corn simply because I have never liked corn added to any of my recipes, I reduced water to 1 1/2 cups, added 1 can mild Ro-Tel & lastly I used 2 pkgs. taco seasonings instead of 1, just for the added kick. It was a bit spicy, but for us - just right. Slow-cooked on high for 3 hours and WOW ....! Thanks so much for the recipe. Definitely a keeper.

Microwave Peanut Brittle

Terrific brittle! It's tasty and easy to make. The only tip I would suggest is : WORK fast, as it can cool and harden quickly. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe.

Cinnamon-Roasted Almonds

Yum, Yum, Yum, Yum, Yum!! What a tasty, sweet treat & even better, easy to make. The only adjustment I made was to cook the almonds 30 minutes longer...giving them that great crunch I was hoping for. Thanks for sharing!

Luscious Eggnog

This recipe here is why I love allrecipes.com ~This is the absolute BEST eggnog recipe. I've made it for the past 2 years and everytime it's served I receive compliments and requests for seconds. Wonderful 'nog! Thanks so much for sharing.

Black-Eyed Pea Gumbo

WOW!! Awesome & flavorful recipe! I did make a few changes however; I used 3 cans of peas (4 just seemed like way too much), and subsituted Chili Fixins Seasoned Ro-Tel for the greenchilies&dicedtomatoes - This gave the gumbo a real kick!!! Overall this gumbo was delicious - & I would've loved it even without the spicyness. This will be a keeper for years to come ~ Thanks!

Amazingly Good Eggnog
