French Silk Frosting
This was great! I made it tonight because I needed a lighter colored chocolate frosting for a chocolate "monkey cake" for my little boy's 3rd birthday. It was really light and creamy. Instead of the melted unsweetened chocolate, I added 6 Tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder and 2 EXTRA Tbsp of butter. It was perfect and I received a lot of compliments. Thank-you to Ginger for posting a great recipe.

Marinated Grilled Shrimp
This is truly fantastic! I followed the recipe as written and it was the best grilled shrimp I have ever had the pleasure of eating. It is so easy. Just make sure you soak the skewers if they are wood/bamboo for at least 30 minutes. We will make this over and over and over and over :)

Ruth's Grandma's Pie Crust
Tried this today with my 5 & 3 year old daughters to make mini-pumpkin pies (in a muffin tin) and it was fantastic! The dough was handled so much that I thought it would be tough, but it was flaky and tender. I used regular shortening because the butter flavored was rancid and the taste was good. I might try butter flavored next time if I have it. As with all pie crusts, I used ice cold water. Thank-you for sharing this great recipe!
