I followed the recommendation of the cooks here and doubled the sauce. Unfortunately, it still wasnt enough. I think it was due to me adding all the veggies. I used a little bit less ketchup since some people here stated there was a ketchup taste. I added additional hot chilli paste, used both ground and fresh ginger, a tad more soy sauce and a little less cornstarch. For the veggies I added broccoli, mushrooms, red bell peppers and bamboo. (See the picture I uploaded). I served it over steamed white rice.
Overall, it was very tasty. My boyfriend (a picky eater) really enjoyed it. He even went for a 3rd helping! Will be making again soon.. this time I'll try it with chicken
