Carrot-Sweet Potato Mash

Old Fashioned Potato Salad

Swanson® Sensational Chicken Noodle Soup

very good. The carrots do need extra time to saute for a good soft texture. I used dumpling type noodles and a prebaked chicken. Yum!!

Chocolate Pudding Cake IV

This does NOT work in oval shaped crockpots. I was so dissappointed! Burnt on the outside and runny in the middle. I am sure it makes a great cake if cooked the traditional way.

Jenn's Chicken Parmesano Supreme

Very good and not very hard. My husband is a chicken parm fanatic so I was nervous, but he loved it. I used Panko instead of break crumbs and it worked great.

This was pretty good. I did have to add and egg because I just couldn't get it to become anything like batter otherwise. I used a spice cake recipe and it was very easy and fuss free. My picky son won't eat them but everyone else thinks they are great. Freeze and reheat very well.
