Chocolate Cornstarch Pudding
I only rated this recipe 4 stars because I didn't quite follow the recipe. I truly wanted choc. pudding and I didn't have cocoa powder so I used choc syrup and some choc melting discs instead. It tastes great and I think it will taste better when I follow the recipe with the powder. Then I can give it 5 stars with a clear conscience and judge the actual recipe not my substitute. Did I say how delish it was...Fab-oo-lus!

Turkey Pot Pie
Really needs gravy. Very dry. I do like the flavors so if I try this recipe again I will add gravy to the mixture before I bake and I will make my own crust. I think this will make a difference. I do have to say one more time that the flavor sure is good.

Buttery Corn Bread
I made this cornbread tonight along with chili beans from scratch. WOW...what a treat! This recipe is so easy to make and it does not stick to pan. So moist you can eat it right out of oven w/o butter. My hubby and son loved it. I will keep this as my corn bread recipe from now on.
