Tarte a L'oignon (French Onion Pie)

This was amazing. My super picky 12 year old daughter loved it and even my 2 year old ate a piece. I don't think I could fit 5 onions in one pie shell though since Idaho has some really big onions so I made 2 pies instead. It keeps really well in the fridge for about a week if you have any left overs. Overall, this is just an amazing recipe and I can't wait to make it for company.

The recipe was great, but I remember why I don't like tofu that much. Sirracha is a bit strong for this recipe by the way.

Fresh Tomato Pie

This was just amazing. I cut back on the amount of tomatos and didn't use any sour cream and it was still just fantastic. I'm going to make it again tomorrow.

Grandma's Polish Perogies

The dough for these was amazing. Best that I've ever had. I suggest adding sauteed onions and garlic. Thanks for this!

Easy Chicken and Dumplings

This recipe was very good. I used Bisquick dumplings, they are easier and sooo good! Make sure that you let the soup cool a little before serving.
