Banana Crumb Muffins
Changes, for the 1/3 oil, I used 1/2 butter and 1/2 olive oil. The rest I followed with some extra cinnamon in the batter. Baked in 6 large muffins and 12 mini muffins, the mini muffins were too dry after 18min but the large muffins were perfect moist after 20min. The brown sugar on the crust was a little bit burned. This is the most moist banana muffin EVER! loved it! only on con: it's got this metal after taste, maybe it's the baking powder, but I already use a AL free ones... weird

Blackberry Cobbler II
bleh, nothing special, not even good :( the topping was like kfc's biscuit/scone, but gooier, the crumbling part was a thin thin layer crust. would NOT be making this ever again.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies
Very good, BUT different from what everyone else's result. I got a crunchy cookie :) probably because I baked for nearly 15min as it just did not brown! The taste was awesome, would def. bake these again and again. Changes made: brown instead of white sugar, butter instead of margarine, white wine instead of water, no molasses as I didn't have any, added some peanuts, used allspice instead of cinnamon.
