Janet's Rich Banana Bread
Excellent recipe. I liked it very much. My friend thought it had too much baking soda. To make it less guilty, I used whole wheat flour, splenda instead of sugar and like a few of the other reviewers, I too used banana yogurt instead of the sour cream. Thanks for this recipe; will use again

Awesome Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
----------***UDATE 10/18/2006***I've made this cake I dont know how many times!!!! The last couple of times I used the wheat flour and Splenda for a healthier alternative. Its still AWESOME, Tracy!!!!! Thanks for this wonderful recipe!--------- (1/25/2004) I've made this cake several times. Each and every time it has been a hit. I, too, cut back on the oil by half, doubled the cinnamon, and in making the recipe my own, I used Splenda instead of regular sugar to cut back the calories and the sugar intake. It was truly "Awesome". Tracy, thanks for sharing this great recipe! ****Saw a review Posted by CYBERIC99 on 2/17/2003 who used wheat flour. I'm going to try that next time.****

Creamy Pumpkin Pie
*****Update 10/18/2006**** Three years later, my son is now 13 and he still asks for this pie!!! Just made 2 today. I make on average 5 - 7 pies every year. Awesome recipe, Paula. Much love to your Grandmom...WHERE EVER SHE IS!!! KUDOS, GRANDMA!!!!!----------5/2/2003 Every year, for the past 7 years, we go pumpkin picking with our 10 year old son Kenneth, We carve out a jack-o-lantern and throw away the insides. Not this year. I used this receipe and got wonderful results for my first time pie baking. My son couldn't get enough of it. And it was sooooo easy too! Our many thanks to Paula and her grandmom.
