Had to work with what I had on hand while snowed in here in CT but even with substitutions, my family loved this! Did not have tomato soup, canned chili or enchilada sauce so I browned ground beef with garlic and onion, seasoned with salt, pepper, cumin and a little oregano after draining fat. I added green chilies and refried beans to beef mix and then added 1 can of rotels because the mixture was a little stiff. Scooped mixture and cheddar jack into tortillas and placed rolled burritos in a 13x9. For lack of sauce ingredients, I ended up pouring a jar of medium picante over the whole pan, topping with more cheese and baking at 350 for about 20 min. Served as suggested with sour cream, lettuce and tomato and it was devoured. Will keep this one on rotation! Thanks Sydney...
