Grandma's Egg Custard Pie

Great recipe! My twists: I just use some of the egg white before I beat the three eggs so no need for an extra egg white; and I just heat up the milk rather than "scalding" it, no need to risk pre-cooking the eggs! Other than that, I follow it to a T and the family LOVES it!!!

Perfect Lobster Bisque

Delicious! Based on the other reviews, we skipped the wine, used clam broth for chicken broth, 1/2 a can of tomato paste, and 1/2 the cayenne. Next time we'll double the recipe for 6 bowls.
