Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf
This was a great recipie and the turkey stayed moist. The cheese globs were the best. I also really liked the BBQ sauce on top. Only thing I did different was add extra salt and pepper and meatloaf seasoning. Can't believe I found a turkey dish my husband loved!

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
Perfect! I used 3.5 lbs of pork butt which is a much cheaper cut of meat, and it still turned out fantastic. Put in slow cooker with the beef broth for 5 hours on hi and 3 hours on low. Then pulled out the meat and shredded it - but it was so tender it literally shredded itself. I also separated out all the fat. Then into the dutch oven with Ray's BBQ sauce for 1 hour. Served on toasted buns with coleslaw and baked beans. Oh and don't forget the Eastern Carolina vinegar sauce on top! This is very simple and easy to follow for a beginner - and the results are almost guaranteed! Made enough for 2 full dinners for 4 people.
