Divine Hard-Boiled Eggs
An easy recipe for making 18 eggs at a time. The eggs did taste and look good. I did add 1 tsp salt and 1/4 cup white vinegar, hoping it would help make the eggs easier to peel. I'm not sure if the salt and vinegar did anything, more testing needed. I'm wondering if the ease of peeling the eggs is more related to the freshness of eggs, as other reviewers noted. Fresh eggs=harder to peel, older eggs=easier to peel? This will be my go to recipe for the infrequent times I need hard boiled eggs.

Vegan Waffles
My husband and I loved this recipe. It has a light texture with a crunchy outside. I used soy milk instead of water, 1 part whole wheat to 3 parts white flour, sugar instead of agave and added cinnamon and nutmeg and added a tsp extra oil. I served it with fresh blueberries and strawberries. I especially liked the toasty light brown color these waffles had compared to other vegan waffle recipes I've made that were always a light pale color. This will be my go to vegan recipe for waffles.

Broccoli Slaw
I make this recipe often too, but use vinegar and oil instead of bottled cole slaw dressing. I've also added walnuts or almonds, but pistacio nuts would be good too. This recipe is easy, healthy and delicious.
