No Bake Choco-Peanut-Oatmeal Cookies

These are what I used to make when I was a child. I did cut the sugar down to 1-1 1/2 cups as 2 cups was way too much. I also used 4-5 TBSP of creamy peanut butter to give it more of a fudge texture. I did let it boil 3 minutes and they set wonderfully. All around wonderful cookie you can tweak any way you want.

Ranch Crispy Chicken

I was expecting a better tasting chicken. I was just ok. Nothing fantastic. I think this recipe needs a little extra something, but I just can't put my finger on it. There wasn't much flavor to it.

Homemade Mac and Cheese

This is a fantastic recipe for Mac and Cheese. I did leave out the Parmesan, bread crumbs and paprika. It was still a huge hit at my son's cookout! Everyone wanted the recipe and there wasn't any left over!!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

My whole family loved this recipe!! It was so simple to make yet sooo yummy! I made 3lbs of pork roast and used almost an entire 2ltr or Barqs RB. I wanted the roast to be completely covered in RB. I highly recommend this to any one wanting to cook this. I will be making this again!

Homemade Crispy Seasoned French Fries

I gave it 3 stars because of how time consuming it was to make these. I was at my stove for over and hour cooking them. They were good, and very crispy, but If I were to make them again I would definitely add more salt.
