Blueberry Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2010
This was really good and I changed to suit our taste.... 1/2whole wheat flour 1/2 flour...By total accident I put almond extract and it was Fab will not make it with vanilla next time because this flub so yummy. reduced to 3/4 cup of white sugar, 1 stick butter instead of shortning and a heaping spoonful of sourcream to keep the bread moist....3bananas and lots of blues. Family went nutty for these and I will continue to make this....Thanks for this delish "healthy treat"

These are my favorite cookies but I could only ever find them around Christmas...grrrrrr. So glad I looked them up because I will never ever go back to pre-made from a store!!! It took less than 5min to have them ready and on the pan... chocolate chip cookies take longer. SOOOO GOOD will make these a tradition in my home christmas or not:)

Chicken Puffs

Reviewed: May 19, 2010
My family named this Chicken COR-DON YUM!!!!:) Hope the name tells you what we thought. The only thing I did different was added a bit of spices and pepper. I Had some left over mixture after filling all the rolls, so i made some white rice and threw in the left overs, made a great and easy side to go with. This will now be a once a weeker:)

Honey Cornbread

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2010
WONDERFUL!I might be a bit biased only b/c this is the second time I have made cornbread and the first time you couldn't swallow the corn bread without drinking water it was soo dry:) This was the complete opposite, super moist, with a hint of sweet...yummmm Very good. The only change I made was halfed the oil and added a half a can of cream style corn to jazz it up...TWO THUMBS UP*
