Yum, yum, yum! I often bring this to family gatherings and it's always a hit! Delicious hot or cold with tortilla chips or pretzels. Mmmmm!

GrannyLin's Barbeque Ribs Made Easy

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2012
My husband LOVES ribs but is somewhat of a rib snob, and he loved these! He said they were better than any restaurant around here! I love them, too! I did do things just a liitle different though.. - Use pork rub on the ribs first. - Sprinkle a couple onion flakes in crock pot with 1T water. - Broil about 5 min then add to crock pot. - Cook about 3 hrs on high, add bbq sauce, 2 hrs low. - Remove, smother in bbq sauce, broil another 5ish minutes. Delicious!

Moist Banana Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2011
Delicious! I only had 2 bananas to use but they still turned out fantastic! Followed the other reviewers suggestions and mixed the banana and mayo together first and then added to it. It was plenty liquid. The mixture was pretty sticky though andtook some time to get it into the liners. Well worth it though.

Peanut Butter Treats™

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2011
So much better than a regular rice krispy treat! Following the recipes 'as is' was 5 star worthy, but to make it even better, melt 1 bag milk chocolate chips, 2 tbls. butter, and about 1/2-3/4 cups peanut butter and then spread over the top. Mmmmm, SO GOOD!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2010
Definitely not the tastiest peanut butter cookie, but still very good for not using flour. Mine were pretty crumbly. Love that it uses so few ingredients.

Lasagna Toss

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2010
I used turkey burger and it was delicious! I'm sure it would have been just as good as with the sausage, I just didn't have any when I whipped this together. Very easy to make! Will definitely be making again!

Lasagna with Creamy Pink Sauce

Reviewed: May 18, 2010
I've only made lasagna one other time and it turned out runny. This was great! Very simple! I followed the recipe to the "T" except I used the 'oven ready' lasagna noodles. I will make it again, but next time I will add some ground beef or sausage and probably substitute one of the containers of ricotta cheese with cottage cheese.
