Easy Taco Rolls

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2012
That was a wonderful meal. I like the way all the flavors came together. And it's so simple to make. Thank you!

Old Fashioned Apple Pie

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2012
I used this as a base and added my own touch. I used a mixture of half Gala apples and half Braeburn to get the sweet and tart/crisp mix I wanted. I used Saigon cinnamon, fresh ground nutmeg and added just a dash of chipotle pepper. It gave it the kick I was looking for and still had that sweet apple taste. It's my new favorite apply pie recipe!

Caramel Apple Pie I

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2011
I tried this as something new for my son on his birthday. He loves apples. It was a huge hit! Friends started asking me for this for their birthdays too! I followed the recipe except I used more caramel topping. My choice of apples were Golden Delicious and Fuji. It came out sweet and the apples weren't mushy. I will definitely be making this one again. Thank you.

Green Chicken Enchilada

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2010
That was wonderful! I took the advice from some others and cooked the chicken in onions, paprika, garlic. I added more green chiles to the green sauce. Then added pepper jack cheese to the monterey jack. Topped with olives and sour cream when it was done and had my family coming back for seconds.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2010
I make this cake all the time now. I have not had a bad review yet. One girl renamed it Death By Chocolate. It's wonderful just the way it is but I have made my own changes to it. I have used Special Dark chocolate chips instead of semisweet. I have also used a marble cake mix, vanilla pudding and caramel baking bits for one and lemon cake mix and lemon pudding for another. Tonight I am trying Andes Mints baking bits and Special Dark chocolate chips. To me, the possibilities are endless. Thank you so much for the recipe!!

Sweet and Sour Pork II

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2010
I have never tried anything like this because because I thought it seemed too hard but this was easier than I thought. My family just LOVED IT. My husband said it's the best he's ever eaten anywhere. I cut back one can on the pineapple and added a little more cornstarch for thickness but kept everything else the same. My son asked when it would be on the menu next! Thank you.

Sensational Steak Sandwich

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2010
The name certainly fits this recipe! It was the best steak sandwich I have tasted! It's very simple to make. I prepared the ingredients but my teenage son seared the beef, cooked the veggies and put it in the crock pot for me since he was home. I was very impressed. Even leftovers the next day (we made a double batch) were great. Thank you, I'll be making this one often.

Ranch Burgers

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2010
Wow! This was a good recipe. I changed it a little bit. I used 3 lbs beef, 2 pkgs of Ranch Mix and combined saltines and cheese crackers to make 1 cup. My husband said it's great when you have a burger that doesn't require any condiments, it's great on it's own. I will definitely be making this one again!

Campbell's® Slow-Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2010
I wasn't too impressed with this one either. The dumplings would not cook for me. I spent about an hour and finally threw them out. The stew was ok but nothing I'd try again.
