About this Cook
I'm a wife and mother of one. I love to cook when I feel like it. I love trying new things and this site is so exciting because it has cheap recipes to make and easy to follow as well. I love to watch people faces light up when they try my food. I love to listen to them OHH and AHH. ;)
My favorite things to cook
Anything quick and delicious.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Mexican and soul food. I have a multi cultural family.
My cooking triumphs
I haven't had any, but almost help cater a wedding.
My cooking tragedies
I almost burned my apt down making hotdogs. At the time I was young and newly married. LOL!

Chicken Enchilada Soup II
OMG 5 yums up. I pureed in the blender my masa so it would be smoother. I also pureed my onion and garlic with my enchilada sauce.

Baked Asian-Style Honey Chicken
I didn't like this chicken. It was pretty flavorless. I won't make it again.

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce
This was ok. Nothing to write home about. The flavors were bland. I wanted a party in my mouth. Very bland.
