Hot Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2010
I thought it was so-so. But being a single mom of 5, not one of my kids wanted a second bite so it's not worth me making it again. I thought I had them with the chips on top but no way.

Almond Coffee Creamer

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2010
This recipe wasn't the best but it gave me so many ideas for other similar ones. The biggest hit so far has been creamer, hot chocolate and a tsp of cinnamon. I put in a pretty jar for gifts. A whole selection can be made from this idea

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2010
I used this as a base recipe for bread as I had a lot of bananas going bad and all the others only called for 2 or 3. I doubled it and added a half cup cream cheese, because it sounded good lol, an 8oz container of thawed frozen raspberries and 2tsp pumpkin pie spice. Everyone at the Christmas party I took it to raved over it. Excellent use for a ton of not so fresh bananas. Thank you!

Eggnog Cheesecake III

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2010
Added a splash extrsa eggnog and pumpkin pie spice and then once crust baked sprinkled it with cinnamon. I didn't have rum either so I put in Kalua and oh man this stuff is great! Also made one with lady finger crst instead and one with pretzel crust. The pretzel crust was a clear winner at our party!
