Hot Chicken Salad

I thought it was so-so. But being a single mom of 5, not one of my kids wanted a second bite so it's not worth me making it again. I thought I had them with the chips on top but no way.

Almond Coffee Creamer

This recipe wasn't the best but it gave me so many ideas for other similar ones. The biggest hit so far has been creamer, hot chocolate and a tsp of cinnamon. I put in a pretty jar for gifts. A whole selection can be made from this idea

Banana Banana Bread

I used this as a base recipe for bread as I had a lot of bananas going bad and all the others only called for 2 or 3. I doubled it and added a half cup cream cheese, because it sounded good lol, an 8oz container of thawed frozen raspberries and 2tsp pumpkin pie spice. Everyone at the Christmas party I took it to raved over it. Excellent use for a ton of not so fresh bananas. Thank you!

Eggnog Cheesecake III

Added a splash extrsa eggnog and pumpkin pie spice and then once crust baked sprinkled it with cinnamon. I didn't have rum either so I put in Kalua and oh man this stuff is great! Also made one with lady finger crst instead and one with pretzel crust. The pretzel crust was a clear winner at our party!

I'm from North Idaho so I used huckleberries. All I can say, and the tons of people I'vew shared with is- OMG!!!! SOOOO great! and another great use of our wonderful huckleberries, I'm [planning my next batch which will be at least 2 gallons. Everyone wants it but I've made the recipe my secret lol if I couls give it 20 starts I would
