Mmm-Mmm Better Brownies

i don't know what i am doing wrong but every brownie recipe i try, i end up with pudding. this one is no different. i followed it to a T. pudding. so i baked it longer. still pudding. so i baked it even longer. an extra half an hour of baking later... still pudding. =(

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

delicious! you're right about it being a small recipe though. next time i would double or maybe triple it. LET THEM COOL BEFORE REMOVING FROM PAN. like, cool completely. the melted sugar solidifies when they cool and makes them cookie rather than goopy. i also reduced to 3/4 cup sugar, and i used crunchy peanut butter.

Carrot Cake III

exxxcellent cake. i reduced to 1 1/2 cups of sugar in the cake instead of 2. very delicious. instead of mixing the pecans in, i used them as decoration on top.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

delicious, certainly. but... not quite cookie. the batter was really crumbly and didn't hold together, but i decided to bake them anyway. the first pan came out crumbly and looked no different than before i put them in. so i added milk to the rest of the batter. i didn't measure though, sorry! after adding milk, the rest of the cookies turned out excellently, delicious and cookie-like.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

i used brown sugar instead of white, and added a little extra ginger. i love them, boyfriend loves them. even boyfriend's mom likes them, and she's hard to please. they have officially become boyfriend's favorite cookie.
