Taco Spaghetti Bake

The creamy layer made this dish for my family. 4 happy kids and 1 happy hubby! Will make again when I have extra taco meat.

We just had this for dinner. We loved the idea, but the crust was tough to bite through. I pulled out the yeast packet and discovered it calls for 1.5 t of sugar for the crust - otherwise the directions are the same. I think my yeast starved and I ended up with flat, unappealing crust. I gave 4 stars because the kids all enjoyed the flavors of the toppings.

Chicken Masala

I reduced the sauce according to other reviewers suggestions. I cut the chicken in strips for marinating and grilling, skipping the skewers. Then I broke it up in the pan just before serving. My whole family enjoyed it from the 3 year old to us adults. We will be making this again!!

I reduced the sauce according to other reviewers suggestions. I cut the chicken in strips for marinating and grilling, skipping the skewers. Then I broke it up in the pan just before serving. My whole family enjoyed it from the 3 year old to us adults. We will be making this again!!

Zucchini and Shells

I had already shredded my zucchini before finding this recipe. I added some chicken which I sautéed at the beginning with the onion. I followed the advice of others and halved the amount of sugar. The whole family enjoyed and I would definitely make again.

Fluffy Pancakes

I've looked for fluffy pancakes for years. These are perfect! You can hear the fluffiness in each bite. My only complaint is that I'll have to make a triple batch to feed my whole family.

Bessy's Zesty Grilled Garlic-Herb Chicken

The whole family enjoyed this dinner. I did make some drumsticks and the kids complained they were too sticky. That was the extent of the complaints. I do think I'll marinate it longer next time though.

Sour Cream Burgers

you can't change any of the amounts of this recipe. I only had 1.5 pounds of meat and lost much of my hamburgers to the grill grates. I won't mess with making these messy burgers again.
