White Chocolate Pumpkin Cookies
Yummy! My dh and our daughter made these together, the dough was softer than you would think cookie dough would be, but they didn't spread out very much. i think it's the low oven temp and longer bake time that helps with that. this may just make it to our Christmas platters.

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast
tried this today and it turned out good. Just a couple of tips: I used a boneless Butterball turkey breast that had been injected with brine solution. Remember bonless will cook faster than bone-in. I found the meat too salty for my taste since it had already been brined - that''s my fault, not the recipe!!

Fried Egg Sandwich
I had no idea this was a southern thing or a northern thing. All I know is I was raised in Nebraska and I thought my dad, my brothers and I were the only ones that liked fried egg sandwiches. Me? I like mine with salt and pepper, crisp bacon, mayo and dill pickles. The dill pickles seem to put others on a high ick factor, but I like it. My big ick factor is soft eggs mashed into pancakes. LOL
