This is AWESOME! The first time I cooked this was 3 years ago for my family for Christmas. They have requested it ever since. I cook the prime rib according to the directions. It turns out perfect every time. I season all sides of the roast with salt, pepper, garlic salt, rosemary, basil and oregano. I can't give you measurements for each because I am a "fly by the seat of my pants" kind of cook. I can tell you I coat the roast well with all spices and rub them into the meat. I also let the roast set for a couple of hours on the counter before I cook it. Enjoy!
