Absolutely delicious! I seasoned it long before it got cooked. Turned out perfect and hubby gave rave reviews on it.

Quartered Grands biscuits, shook it all up in a Ziplock Bag and placed it around the Bundt pan. Came out perfect.

Pumpkin-Spiced Mini "Cake" Balls

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2011
As the first reviewer said, the possibilities for these are endless. I used apple cinnamon donnut holes. I also used a generic vanilla flavored pudding mix as Jello cost twice as much. Drizzled with a vanilla glaze.Turned out perfect.

Mark's Quick Beef Spanish Rice

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2012
Terrific! Since I don't like Rotel tomatoes, I used salsa and sprinkled cheddar cheese on top and baked until cheese was melted.

Stuffed Shells III

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2011
I haven't tried it yet, I just put them in the oven, but I already know it's going to be super-delicious! I didn't have all the mozzarella and parmesan cheese it called for, but it still will be okay.

Buttercream Icing

Excellent! Unlike others, I followed the recipes exactly, using shortening and butter instead of all butter. Turned out terrific! Will definitely make this again.

The Best Meatloaf I've Ever Made

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2010
Okay, but not the best. I toasted three slices of the large rectangular wheat bread. (Probably too much) and seven crackers. It came out tasting bland. My husband liked it though.

White Chili I

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2010
I took this to our church for our chili cook-off. It won first prize for non-traditional chilis and soups. It was my husband's idea to enter it, because I made it before and he loved it.

I made this exactly as written except for using all-purpose flour instead of cake flour and I used a bundt pan. Totally delicious! My husband is out of town until tomorrow. He'll be lucky if there's any left when he gets home. lol

Stuffed French Toast I

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2015
I do the easy way and just spread cream cheese between two slices of Texas Toast. I didn't have orange marmalade jelly, so I put strawberry jam between the bread also. I also didn't have Irish cream liqueur, so I used hazelnut creamer.

I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts, baked for 15 minutes each side at 375 degrees. Delicious on a bed of rice.

Candied Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2014
I stuck with the original recipe except I used 3 chicken leg quarters cut apart. Since I do not have two baking pans, I used a cookie sheet and basted the sauce every fifteen minutes. Turned out fantastic!
