Chicken Tikka Masala

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2015
Delicious! I followed reviewers' advice and didn't add the amount of salt it called for. Wonderful way to save money on our favorite Indian dish by making it at home! Next time I will try using whole milk instead of heavy cream to cut down on the calories. We made naan from this website also to go with it, such a yummy meal! Thanks for the recipe!

Thai Green Curry Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2011
This was an excellent curry recipe! My husband and I prefer more spice, so I added about a teaspoon more curry paste, added about a 1/4 teaspoon of curry powder to the flour, and added cayenne pepper to the overall mixture at the end to simmer. I only added about 1/2 a tablespoon of sugar as we wanted something more savory than sweet. I used a 13.66 oz can of coconut milk, which was plenty and kept me from buying an additional can for only a couple of ounces. I did toss the chicken in soy sauce, but I left the soy sauce out for the second addition. The end result was delicious! My husband has had authentic curry in Thailand and said this was spot on. Thanks!!

This recipe is so easy and delicious! To make a pretty and festive cocktail, use equal parts of the liquid this makes and champagne. It's a yummy holiday mimosa! :)

Grilled Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2010
This is great for breakfast (or anytime, really)! I added light margarine instead of cooking spray to the bread, spread peanut butter on each slice, layered a sliced banana, drizzled with honey, and sprinkled with cinnamon before I put the bread together. Afterward I cut the sandwich in half and added syrup - a great substitute for french toast! I'll be making this for years to come, and plan on experimenting with many other toppings!

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2010
This was absolutely the best pork BBQ we've ever had! I had never made it before, but my husband was craving it so I looked up a recipe to give it a try. I used Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory Brown Sugar BBQ sauce and made little sliders with some homemade rolls - they were to die for! The sauce was really perfect for pork BBQ too, in our opinion. Thanks for posting!
