Sarah's Easy Shredded Chicken Taco Filling

This is an easy recipe to put together, I used soft and hard tacos. I thought it needed more seasoning. I added garlic powder and 1tblsp. of chile powder, This is probably a preference thing, because I love extra spicy. Loved the idea of using chicken. Thay were very good and I will make these often. You have to give them a try!Thaks for this recipe, Baker Bee, Good one.

Herman Reunion Cheese Ball

Everyone loved this at a family gathering. This really turned out good. I doubled the spices though, and added chopped bell peppers. So easy to make and it looks great. The family are asking me to make this again!

Sausage, Pepper, and Onion Sandwiches

This is a good and easy recipe for sausage sandwiches. We ate half and I froze the rest. My huband loves these. We had a tossed salad on the side.Now I just have to buy fresh buns for the next time. Thanks for good recipe.

New Mexico Green Chile Breakfast Burritos

Tried these for breakfast yesterday. They turned out great! They are so good and really hearty. This is something I will make on the weekends. Would love to have this when guests come over too. A great combination of flavors.

Homemade Pickled Ginger (Gari)

I didn't know this would be so easy to make. I didn't have any rice vinegar, so I used apple cider vinegar, next time I make it I will try the rice vinegar and see if there is a difference.Mine tasted great.I used a regular potato peeler and it came out fine.I love having this on hand.thank you

Brussels Sprouts ala Angela

This is very good. I browned the bacon alone in pan and then set aside and added the onions on lower heat to caramelize and added the garlic last. then returned the bacon back to pan and followed the recipe. I like using the chicken stock. I think it gives it a better flavor.

Broccoli Rice Casserole

This is one of my new favorites. My family asks for it alot. I use a a chopped clove of garlic with the onion and fresh mushrooms,also cream of mushroom soup. My son would eat this every day!

Classic Crab and Shrimp Salad

This is so good. The flavors mixed well. I used a whole small onion. I thought it was perfect. We ate it on pita bread and crackers. It would even be great on a tossed salad. I will be taking this to our Easter gathering.

Spicy Salmon with Caramelized Onions

Love this recipe, it came out fantastic. My family kept saying how good it was. Its easy and so delicious. The only thing different was I added one whole onion for the topping. My new favorite salmon recipe!

Fluffy French Toast

Just made this french toast this morning. I could not believe the difference flour makes! They were the best ever. I added the cinnamon to the bread when in the pan and didnt use any sugar. Topped with maple syrup. Was sweet enough.So glad I found this recipe, Thanks

Slow Cooker Stuffing

This is my stuffing recipe from now on. I did use less broth, 3 cups. Also added minced garlic. You have to adjust the broth according to the bread you use and just add part at a time. Everyone loved this and so easy in the slow cooker.

Pennsylvania Dutch Corn Pie

When I came across this recipe, I just had to make it. I am Pa. Dutch and my Nana used to make this. This is excellent! She used to put chopped parsley in it. I tried it with the chicken too, so good. For the chicken I had to add a little more milk.The sweetness of the corn with the crust, just goes together so well. You have to try this with fresh sweet corn, also really good.Thanks for this recipe!
