Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2011
Wow! I made these for my Christmas cookie boxes. I made the mistake of tasting one for "quality control." I ended up making another batch to keep for myself they are so good. I followed a couple other reviews and added a little orange extract and coursley chopped the nuts. They were surprising easy to make. These have earned a permanent place in the cookie boxes.

German Red Cabbage

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2011
Wow! Thank you so much for this recipe. The only thing I changed was used Agave Nectar instead of sugar and it turned out amazing. My 3 year old daughter has been sick for about a week and getting her to eat has been a nightmare. The purple color caught her attention and she ate 2 helpings. My husband kept going back for more and it even turned into a midnight snack. This dish has made it onto my go to list.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2010
This was awesome! My husband doesn't like chicken and dumplings but went for seconds on this one. I did make one change. I didn't have any onion in the house so I used a package of onion soup mix. Wow it added a lot of flavor. Its perfect for a lazy snow day.

Magic Peanut Butter Middles

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2010
I took the advice of another reviewer and added the tbs of sour cream and the tsp of brewed coffee and the chocolate dough was plenty moist. I even had to put it in the fridge for a bit to firm it up a little. I also baked them for 8 minutes. They came out soft and moist and absolutely amazing. Thank goodness I have a meeting to go to so that I can get them out of the house. Otherwise I feel as though I could eat them all. mmm...
