Easy Homemade Pie Crust

Very flaky and easy crust EXCEPT... I would bake the bottom crust alone for about 5-10 minutes before adding the filling. It was incredibly soggy. But the top was amazing, and so easy to make!

Fluffy Biscuits

This is a great recipe! We have a large family so I always double the recipe. The only critique I have is that it is always a little too sticky/wet. I have to add a lot of flour to the work surface and the rolled dough to get it to be "workable." But they come out very fluffy and flaky. My family loves them! Thanks for the recipe!

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Amazing. Just amazing. Make them every year int he fall and they are everyone's favorite. I follow the recipe exactly, and only do a drizzle of icing because I think the icing makes them too sweet and takes away from the fall-y taste. Love them...thanks for this wonderful recipe.

Great basic recipe! My family loves this.... I add a bit more pasta than it calls for and just a bit of real milk instead of evap. Just keep it simple. Yummy!

Blueberry Muffins I

Good recipe. I double the amount of blueberries and add a little more sugar if I am in the mood for something sweeter although I prefer a less sweet muffin. The trick is to not over mix, as stated AND to not over-bake... right at 20 min. take them out, even if the tops look a little light in color... they will be nice and fluffy! Great easy recipe!

My Best Clam Chowder

wonderful recipe. I only omitted celery because we dont like celery in our soup. and used more clam sauce than water... and substituted half the cream for 2% to cut down on fat but it turned out deliciously. I would test it after adding the salt and then the first tbsp. of vinegar so you dont add too much of either....yuuuummmmmy!
