Italian Sausage, Peppers, and Onions

I have made this recipe several times now. Seriously really good! I do add a can of diced italian tomatoes, a couple of large cloves of garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper for some more flavor. I have tried white wine, red, wine, and most recently a couple of splashes of red wine vinegar. The vinegar version is my favorite!

Pesto Cream Sauce

So so so yummy! I even used less than half the amount of butter and 1% milk and it was creamy and delicious. I added the flour before the milk so that may have helped. I also ddded spinach instead of shrimp. Definitely make this!

Curry Stand Chicken Tikka Masala Sauce

This recipe is fantastic! Hands down the best homemade chicken tikka masala that I have tried. It does taste very close to the beloved restaurant version. I used garam masala instead of curry powder and half and half instead of cream otherwise followed the recipe. Definitely make this!

Easy Indian Butter Chicken

Easy and delicious! I made up my own tandoori masala (a very loosely followed version but with these flavors you can't really loose. I also used half and half instead of heavy cream (and less butter as well) and it came out wonderfully! I think the only thing I will do differently next time is cutting back on the tomato flavor. My Indian boyfriend loved it!

Lentils And Spinach

Delicious! I have probably made this 10 times since first finding it but have forgotten to rate. The only things I changed was instead of using water, I used chicken broth (or chicken buillon) and added a lot more of each spice and garlic. I also doubled the lentils. We eat it with rice and yogurt. Yummy!
