Cake Balls

AWESOME!!! cant wait to try dif flavors! a lil time consuming but very worth it! Half way thru I got lazy and just drizzled the choc on instead of fully coating. I used yellow cake, choc frost & choc. That's what's so neat is you can use whatever you have in the cabinet! if you dont have frosting, whip up a batch. thank you for this recipe!

Baked Pork Chops II

Very simple and tastey! I used a can of flavored diced tomatoes (so next time I'll leave the water out) and I put sliced onions ontop for added flavor. Next time I will be doing this in the crock pot, it is an awesome crock pot recipe! the meat just tenderizes and soaks up the juices. The flavor was very good! I think i will serve it with butter & chive noodles next time or a rice pilaf would be nice too.

Easy and Quick Swiss Steak

AWESOME!!!!! so easy and all my family & guests LOVED it! I used canned & crushed tomatoes and even tomatoe paste. I added whole garlic cloves, and a diced fresh jalapeno. Served it with butter & chive egg noodles.

Bread Pudding I

WOW!!!! I LOVE bread pudding and this is by far the best recipe I've ever made!! I found a wiskey sauce recipe & served with ice cream.....resturant quality for sure!!

Creamiest Rice Pudding

SOOOO GOOD! I used half sugar & half sweet n low (12 packets) and for some of the milk i used vanilla almond milk and I used Jasmine rice. while it cooked I cleaned out my fridge,made lunch and did dishes-that way i could stir it frequently and still get other stuff done. Great recipe, thank you for sharing!!!

Slow Cooked Corned Beef for Sandwiches

I cooked this in the crockpot for 6 hrs on high and it was one of the best Ive ever made! The only beer i had was coors light. Very simple and delicious!!

Baking Powder Drop Biscuits

AWESOME recipe! so light and fluffy, melts in your mouth! I used butter (didnt have shortening) and for 1/2 cup of the flour I used wheat. Definately my new biscuit recipe! and SO easy to make! Forget bisquick-make your own!

oh so good! I used jalapeno brats (cooked & chopped in the mini food processor) and I added a can of black beans (drained), they were so delicious! a lil sweet with some spice....yum!!!

Hot Dog Sauce

good, but a lil too sweet. I made this for a bbq to try something diff, nobody put it on their hotdog but several ate it like a sloppy joe, on a hamburger bun. This makes a great sloppy joe recipe, i would add a lil more spice than sweetness tho

Pizza Dough I

WOW!!!If I could rate this 10 stars I would!!! Make it exactly by the directions (well I used olive oil) and you wont be dissappointed!!!! SO easy and absolutely delicious!!! So simple, you can make a pizza faster than you can call and have one delivered! Ive never been so exited about making pizza! This is awesome, THANK YOU for sharing!
