Easy and fast. I made these changes because it was what I had on hand... I baked fresh rye bread this week so I spooned the mixture on top of my bread. I didn't have onions or cucumber, so I skipped that. I added salt, more cumin and cayenne once I tasted the mix just to give it more pop. My yogurt measurement could have been off - I had an individual size on hand and threw the whole thing in. Oh, I also had cooked some extra chicken breasts and had them in the freezer, so I defrosted those. And I used frozen spinach that I heated up with the chicken, and then added the sauce and heated that up as well. I thought it was great. Hope this helps.
