Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2012
Great recipe, very moist. I only used 1/3 cup white sugar, and 3 mashed bananas, and 1/2 cup runny homemade berry jam, it turned out super fluffy, and light and not very sweet. So good!

Classic Goulash

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2012
Great recipe! I call it homemade hamburger helper. I added chopped celery and some grated carrots, everyone loved it. I like that you added the macaroni uncooked, it makes everything so much easier. There were leftovers, so it's going to go in thermos in the kids lunch for school tomorrow.

Red Velvet Cupcakes

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2011
It was an easy recipe to follow, I couldn't wait and ate one without the frosting. It was ok, not like the bakery, they were good, but nothing to write about. Perhaps they will be better with the frosting.

Zucchini Bread IV

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2011
Very good! I reduced the amount of sugar, and did half white and half brown sugar. I also added an extra cup of zucchini. It still turned out great, with lots of zucchini and not that sweet. Made two loaves.

Thai-Style Peanut Sauce with Honey

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2010
This is really good, but being a nut free home ( my son is allergic to peanuts), I used Sunflower butter instead or peanut butter and it came out great, can't even tell it's not peanut butter. Made the whole recipe and there was none left.
