Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

I made them exactly as the recipe said. I make chicken wings all of the time in various ways but I have to say, My 17 year old and I thought these were the best wings we have ever eaten. Nice and crunchy and very taste. This will be my main recipe for wings from now on.

really good. followed the recipe exact except i used chicken stock instead of broth. reduced the juice a little bit before putting the chicken in. sauce was so tasty and delicious. I will make this again!!

Blackened Shrimp Stroganoff

This recipe was absolutely delicious. I ate leftovers for lunch the next day and it was even better. I served some to my sister and she couldn't stop raving about it. The only change I made was to put it over cheese ravioli and used scallops instead of shrimp. I will most certainly make this again!!

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

My son, who doesn't like cauliflower, loved this dish. I did too and have made it often. One variation was olive oil, seasalt, and rosemary. Anyway you cook it, it was delicious

T Bird's Beef Jerky

I have made this in the dehydrator several times. i got the butcher to slice the meat for consistancy. a few times i added pepper flakes and extra hot sauce for a spicier version and it is always been excellent. my son has a teacher who offers cookies for my beef jerky. I will always use this recipe since it NEVER looses!

Buffalo Shrimp

I cut down on the cayanne. My kids loved it so much, they asked me to make it again the following week. I also used this same recipe but instead of shrimp, i used chicken tenders...they loved it!!

Chicken Eugene

After reading other reviews on this dish, i decided to exchange the dried beef for proscuitto and wrapped the chicken with pepper bacon. i used 2 cans of cream of mushroom and used the sauce to put over mashed potatoes. This dish was so good and my kids loved it. I will definitly make this one again.

Baked Dijon Salmon

I thought this recipe was fantastic. My kids did not like the honey mustard coating as much as i thought they would. I did not use the breadcrumbs and next time i will try it that way. The dish, in my opinion was really tasty.
