Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2012
easy tasty recipe. Perfect for oats lovers. I added a mix of semi sweet chocolate chips and some milk chocolate chunks. Mine seemed to be still raw after 12 min of baking especially at the bottom, so I kept it for another 2 mins and it was perfect after the 5 mins rest.

Best Ever Banana Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2012
Amazing and easy recipe! I made it as it is but added 1 tsp of each of vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a mix of roughly chopped walnuts and pecans, I stirred it at the end. I used 3 large overripe bananas mashed with some lemon juice and zest. I love the texture. Next time I will reduce the sugar to 1 cup and I'll bake it in mini loaf tins.

very easy, tasty and impressive! i used light digestive crumbled with some melted butter for the base. used a mini cheesecake pan, cooked it for 12 mins, cooled for 2 hrs, and drizzled chocolate ganache. i tried different topping like strawberries and milk choc ganache, raspberries and white choc ganache, chopped mangoes..endless topping options! its my no. 1 recipe for mini cheesecakes :)

Urban Legend Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2010
very tasty with a great texture. not so soft neither hard. and holds the same texture for up to 3 days. made half the quantity though. used milk choc chips instead of semi sweet to suit my personal taste. eventhough the dough was dry but turned great after baking! i think i will soften the butter more next time to ease the mixing process.

The Best Chocolate Cake You Ever Ate

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2010
great recipe, loved the soft texture of the cake, and how quick it bakes. about the frosting, it is very easy to use and gives a clean finish for a neat looking cake, by using a spatula. taste wise i followed the other reviewers' advise in using less suger and making half the amount. this made the quantity and sweetness just perfect for me. i also did the trick of making holes on top of the cake using a tooth pick, so the frosting could sink in the cake. this gave a tasty moist.
