Made profiterolles for my son's wedding feast, for over 200 guests! How many eggs? I couldn't say, but I emptied the "egg department" of my favorite supermarket!
My cooking tragedies
Tragedies? Not really in my experience, just tasteless "test Kitchen" recipes that didn't impress my guests!
